Belev Echad (Hebrew for “One Heart”) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting wounded Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) veterans and their families. Founded on the principle that we are all one global family, Belev Echad offers emotional, physical, and financial assistance through retreats, rehabilitation programs, and community events.
By bringing veterans to meet communities around the world, Belev Echad helps foster an environment of solidarity, gratitude, and hope, ensuring that those who have sacrificed so much for Israel and the Jewish people receive both recognition and support on their journey to healing.

Heroes
Heroes to Heroes is a nonprofit organization devoted to helping American Christian combat veterans who bear the visible and invisible wounds of war.
Through life-changing journeys to Israel, the birthplace of their faith, Heroes to Heroes offers these warriors an opportunity to reconnect with their Christian heritage, deepen their spiritual roots, and find healing.
The program provides a safe and supportive environment where veterans can explore forgiveness, restore purpose, and rediscover hope through faith.
By fostering peer support, reflection, and spiritual renewal in the Holy Land, Heroes to Heroes empowers veterans to confront trauma and embrace a path of restoration and strength.

Adom
American Friends of Magen David Adom is the US based fundraising arm of Magen David Adom (MDA), Israel’s only national Emergency Medical Service and blood services organization.
MDA is responsible for teaching first aid and emergency medicine, provides professional services including blood services, and engages in humanitarian activities for the community and around the world.
Magen David Adom in Israel is the State of Israel's national EMS organization responsible for emergency pre-hospital medical care and blood services. The organization handles hundreds of thousands of life-saving cases every year, using technological devices which are among the most advanced in the world, in accordance with the common protocols for cardiac treatment of the American Heart Association.
