Why I Started Iron Dome Coffee
JUSTIN YEHUDA, FOUNDER & CEO
I founded Iron Dome Coffee to bring proud supporters of Israel together over something we already love: great coffee.
I graduated from Cornell in 2023 and moved to New York City. A few months later, October 7th changed the direction of my life. I watched the horror unfold in Israel, saw people openly celebrate it here at home, and knew I could not sit quietly with everything I was feeling.
The support for Hamas I saw around Cornell and outside my window in New York made the silence feel impossible. I needed to build something that would bring proud supporters of Israel together and turn that unity into tangible help.
Coffee became the answer. It brings people together every morning, and I believed we could use that ordinary moment to create a community with a real purpose.
For Benny, Z"L
In July 2025, my cousin, Sergeant First Class (Res.) Benyamin "Benny" Asulin, Z"L, fell in battle in Beit Hanoun, Gaza. Before returning to battle, he told his mother, "Don't worry, I'm going to save our homeland."
Losing Benny made this mission permanent. His courage lives inside the work we do, the people we help, and the community carrying his memory forward.
Today, Iron Dome Coffee has served more than 30,000 customers across all 50 states. Every roast is developed with an Israeli coffee R&D lab, certified Star-K Kosher, and made for people who want their daily cup to stand for something.
We donate 18% of our profits to organizations protecting Israeli lives: Belev Echad, Christians United for Israel, Magen David Adom, and Friends of the IDF. Every order helps those organizations continue their work, and every customer becomes part of the movement behind it.
