This week, my cousin Benny was killed during his service in Gaza. He was 28 years old.

Benny gave his life defending the State of Israel, and for that, he is a true hero to all of us. It's hard to believe that something this awful actually happened. This news is beyond heartbreaking for my family, and it’s a devastating reminder of what every Israeli goes through, where life itself is uncertain.

I have great memories with Benny from when we were both younger — we played video games together, watched funny videos on YouTube, and enjoyed each others' company. He was a truly kind person, a good man, and totally undeserving of this kind of fate.

Benny, we will keep your legacy alive by supporting the country you gave your life defending.
