Iron Dome Coffee: Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting Iron Dome Coffee. Every purchase helps fund rehabilitation and support for wounded Israeli soldiers, and we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their order.

Because our products are food items, we have a strict but fair returns policy that balances customer experience with product safety regulations.


Returns & Exchanges

For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on coffee products once they have left our facility.

However, if there is an issue with your order, we will happily make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package if:

  • Your order arrived damaged

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your package was never delivered

  • There is an issue with quality or freshness

We will review the situation and offer a replacement or store credit when appropriate.
