In Trying Times, We Choose Light — 05.23.25

Dear Iron Dome Coffee Community,

We are horrified by the events that unfolded in Washington, D.C. on Wednesday. The hatred, violence, and blatant misinformation surrounding Israel and the Jewish people have reached a boiling point. It’s devastating to witness how the world has been manipulated into seeing those who simply defend themselves as villains.

Let us be clear: there is nothing more sickening than the use of violence to advance political ideologies. Our values, our identity, and our very way of life are under attack. And yet, we remain steadfast.

I tweeted yesterday:

“In trying times like these, support from our non-Jewish friends isn’t just appreciated — it’s critical.”

We see you. We feel your support. And we’re grateful for every single one of you who chooses to stand with us.

On a lighter and more joyful note: in celebration of my intern Maya's birthday, we took a company field trip to the Museum of Natural History! It was a much-needed reminder of the beauty, curiosity, and resilience that make up this world — and this team.

Thank you for being part of this journey. And thank you for believing in us.

With love and strength,
Justin Yehuda
