I met Ruhama a few weeks ago, and she was absolutely amazing — what a fun, positive, and kind person! She made her own super tasty version of "Tel Aviv Iced Cafe!" Here was her famous recipe: Ingredients: 3 shots of @irondomecoffee Tel Aviv French Vanilla coffee, mixed with 2 teaspoons of sugar. ☀️You can adjust the sugar to your sweetness level. 2 cups of milk (any kind you like) 2 cups of crushed ice 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream Method: 1. In a blender add the espresso, milk, crushed ice, and vanilla ice cream. 2. Blend it for about 1-2 minutes until it gets a slushy texture. 3. Pour it into cups. The reception was amazing, this video really put us on the map! Our collaboration even got picked up by Mako — the biggest online news company in Israel! My cousin Yuval, who lives in Tel Aviv, sent me a bunch of excited WhatsApp messages — take a look below! Ruhama also made a video that you have seen explaining how she has actually lost many followers after making public that she is Israeli. Experiencing anti-semitism online is something that Ruhama and I can relate to, and the way she handled it was inspiring to me: she was composed, honest, and unapologetic in her support for Israel. As someone who looks to grow my online presence, I can proudly say that Ruhama is one of my biggest inspirations. I’m so happy to have worked with her, and I can’t wait to see what’s in store for us in the future! ~ In other news, I did a Podcast Interview with Noa Reuveni!!! In this powerful episode, Noa opened up about her activism for Israel in Tel Aviv’s hostage square, the stories that fuel her, and the ongoing fight to bring Israeli hostages back. Noa’s work is incredibly important, and I was so honored to speak with her and to listen to her story. BRING THEM HOME!!!!!! 🎗️🎗️🎗️ Watch our episode together here! — https://youtu.be/JWDZx_koUvc?si=eF_MUW-Jrpt9Og5T ~ We’re not any other coffee brand. We’re a movement. Shabbat Shalom! -Justin |
