Yoni's Comeback — 10.20.25

Dear Iron Dome Coffee Community,

I wanted to share a story that reminds us why we do what we do, and what your support makes possible.

Meet Yoni, a 22-year-old Israeli soldier who lost his leg to a bomb in Jenin. But Yoni had a dream: to run a marathon and surf again.

When our partners at Belev Echad heard his story, they flew him to New York to get the specialized prosthetics he needed; not just to walk, but to truly live again.

Yoni had every reason to feel sorry for himself. But in typical Israeli fashion, he continues to push forward, and he still carries himself with dignity and strength.

His goal now is to be an incredible surfer, as you can see in the pictures above.

The toughness that Israelis embody, no matter what, is truly inspiring to me, and it's certainly rubbed off on me since I've started this company six months ago.

People like Yoni are the heart of our mission: not just to help heroes get back on their feet, but to help them chase their dreams again.

Thank you for being part of this movement.

And thank you for helping us tell Israel's bravest soldiers: we're right behind you.

With strength and gratitude,
Justin Yehuda
