First things first. I don’t like dark roast coffee. I buy it for my kids and in-laws and my neighbors who love it. Five stars are from them. I like waking up to Jerusalem Sunrise.
Not excluding the great taste of the coffee. As a Jew , doing something that improves the lives of IDF soldiers makes me feel good..

This coffee does not disappoint! A true dark roast with robust flavor. Absolutely delicious.!
Smooth and strong without bitter aftertaste. Not sweet though. I ordered it ground by mistake and it worked perfectly in my stovetop espresso maker.
Sabra Spirit is an excellent dark roast that is full bodied. I think it has a unique flavor for a dark roast. I could not sample the Haifa Hazelnut as it was a birthday gift, plus I like dark roast. I may try flavored options. The free shipping for orders over $50 is a great thing which I will take advantage of in the future. I use Wegman’s peanut containers for coffee storage which is seen here and works perfect to keep coffee dry and protected from outside air. I love the fact that this coffee supports IDF soldiers.

We use 100% Arabica beans sourced from Brazil & Columbia. After, our beans are roasted and developed in an Israeli-run R&D lab here in the U.S.
Our coffee is decaffeinated through a chemical decaffeination process.
All of our coffee is Star-K kosher certified.
